Ariana Grande fan ridiculed after making humiliating mistake while buying concert tickets

A woman was thrilled after scoring tickets to see Ariana Grande – but she is now being told to Save Her Tears after realizing she only has access to the carpark.

Social media user Faye was shocked to find out she hadn’t purchased tickets to Ariana’s Eternal Sunshine tour like she thought she had – but instead only secured a spot outside the stadium.

After purchasing the tickets, Faye shared her excitement on X, formerly known as Twitter, writing: ‘I JUST GOT GENERAL ADMISSION FOR ARIANA OH MY GOD.’

The post included a screenshot of her confirmation email which showed the details for the concert in Oakford, California, on June 6, 2026.

According to Ticketmaster, prices for resale tickets range from $625 to over $2,600. But Faye’s confirmation page showed a charge for only $122.68 in ‘Row GA’ – or general admission.

The booking also showed the location as Oakland Arena Parking – not the stadium itself.

While Faye was too excited to notice the blunder, social media users quickly did.

‘Girl it’s parking,’ one user commented on the post.

‘We tailgating and listening from the parking lot? I’ll throw ya $20 to ride with ya,’ joked one fan.

‘Technically you will be at the show now!’ cheered another.

‘Well at least you can hear the music from you car,’ said someone else, while another wrote: ‘Welcome to the Eternal Sunshine parking tour.’

According to the Oakland Arena website, parking ranges from $40 for standard sized cars and motorcycles. Buses, limousines and RV’s cost $140, while VIP Parking is marked at $80 and platinum parking $100.

Ariana’s Eternal Sunshine tour sold out within minutes last week, with scalpers attempting to resell tickets with hiked-up price – much to the distain of fans and even the singer herself.

The singer-songwriter took to her Instagram Story to address her fans’ concerns and said she is ‘fighting for a solution’ so they can attend her long-awaited tour next year.

This comes after some of her fans vented about how they were unable to purchase tickets during the presale and general sale.

Many resale tickets from third party retailers are now priced at over 10 times the face value for several of her shows, with the Wicked actress assuring fans that she has been ‘on the phone every second of my free time’ even though she has been ‘on set all week.’

She later shared a post writing: ‘Hi my angels, I have been on set all week but I wanted to let you know that what’s been happening with the secondary ticket resellers has been brought to my attention.’

The pop star added that she is ‘incredibly bothered by it.’

The thank u, next hitmaker continued, ‘I’ve been on the phone every second of my free time fighting for a solution. I hear you and hopefully, we will be able to get more of these tickets into your hands instead of theirs. It’s not right.’

She assured her fans that she and her team ‘are doing everything we can.’

She said she ‘just wanted you to know that my team and I see it and that i care very much and we will do, and are doing everything we can. I love you all so much and thank you for your patience and understanding.’

Grande’s comments come after tickets for her 36 shows next year, including the additional dates she added earlier this week, sold out nearly instantly.

Tickets for her upcoming The Eternal Sunshine Tour, in support of her same-name, seventh studio album, went on pre-sale on Tuesday, September 9.
