A surgery-addicted reality star has embarked on a journey to reverse her procedures after spending over $100,000 to completely transform her appearance. 

Larissa Lima, who is best known for her time on TLC’s 90 Day Fiance franchise, first started undoing some of her cosmetic work on E!’s Plastic Surgery Rewind this year and has continued with her makeunder since filming wrapped. 

Speaking to the Daily Mail, the Brazilian bombshell, 39, admitted that she became addicted to fillers and Botox after seeing herself on TV for the first time.

Lima then went on to get 1500cc breast implants, a BBL, liposuction over her entire body, nose job, and more.

‘I just wanted to go bigger because I thought bigger is better and they never told me no,’ she said.

During the height of her 90 Day Fiance fame, Lima was seeing a medspa owner who would top her up with injectables weekly and give her anything she asked for – even when others said that she was going too far.

While she was initially happy with how she looked, her outlandish appearance and exaggerated curves started to attract the wrong kind of attention in public.

At one stage, Lima, a longtime football fanatic, started getting thrown out of college football games after being mistaken by venue staffers for a sex worker.

‘I love watching football here in the US so I started going to games, but people would look at me with my big boobs and big lips and say, “What is she doing here?”‘ she said. 

After growing dissatisfied with her looks, Lima turned to aesthetic expert Melanie Speed at Flawless Medspas to have her fillers dissolved so that she could start fresh.

The lengthy process required 13 vials of dissolvers to eliminate years of migrated and excessive filler from Lima’s lips, cheeks, jawline, and under-eyes.

To numb the pain from the dissolvers, which can be excruciating, Lima used laughing gas.

‘I’m so happy now. It’s so much better,’ said the star, who later had fresh fillers injected into her lips, cheeks, and under-eyes, along with Botox.

While she’s been tempted to push for more treatments, Lima says that her injector Melanie has urged her to slow down. 

‘A good provider will tell you no!’ Lima laughed.  

Lima also had her breast implants reduced from a jaw-dropping 1500cc to a more manageable 700cc, and says that eventually she wants to have her implants removed altogether.

Now that she’s kicked her plastic surgery addiction, Lima wants some of her fellow 90 Day Fiance stars like Darcey and Stacey Silva to follow in her footsteps.

‘There’s a few people from 90 Day Fiance that I would suggest get a reverse makeover,’ she said. 

‘For example, when I had huge boobs, I didn’t accept that it wasn’t looking good,’ she continued. 

‘I think Stacey and Darcey are sweethearts, but I think they went too deep in the face. Not only with fillers, but they did surgeries.

‘And they are beautiful and they’re still beautiful but if I could tell them, I would say, “You girls need to go and see Melanie. You girls need to look for a 10-years-ago picture. Do you understand that it’s not normal? The puffy face.” 

‘And those fillers, there’s new studies that say absorb the water so you’re going to get puffier and puffier.’

She added, ‘I’m not perfect but I feel they are beautiful women who should find a new provider who could change them for the best. I think Melanie could help them, but this requires a lot of self-reflection, you know?’

Now that Lima has toned down her appearance, she says that she’s enjoying keeping in shape via exercise instead of plastic surgery.

She also hopes to go back to school to study hospitality so she can find a long term career outside of reality television and OnlyFans, which is how she’s been paying her bills since settling in the US.

‘I’m not gonna lie… through OnlyFans I could pay for my living and my immigration fees, but right now I’m looking for something more,’ she said. 

‘When I was in the 90 Day [Fiance] bubble it was a great amount of money, but I started to realize, what if I could do another thing?’

Lima is also open to returning to the 90 Day Fiance franchise and says she’d love to film something with other cast members so that fans can see how much her life has changed since she was last on screen.

The brunette bombshell first shot to fame in 2018 on the sixth season of 90 Day Fiance.

The show documented her marriage to Colt Johnson as she relocated from Brazil to the United States to live with Colt and his mother Debbie in Nevada. 

Her tumultuous relationship with Colt was also featured in two seasons of the 90 Day Fiance spin-off Happily Ever After?, before she was fired from the franchise in 2020 after working with an adult webcamming site. 

She returned to reality TV last year as a contestant on E!’s House of Villains, before starring in Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind earlier this year.
