Samsung’s Big Display Highlight At CES 2026 Will Be Micro RGB TVs In Palatable Sizes

CES 2026 is right around the corner, and as usual, TVs are expected to be one of the biggest highlights of the trade show. Samsung is one of the major players in this space, and a new report out of South Korea suggests that its Micro RGB TVs will be the company’s main attraction this year.

Samsung technically unveiled its ultra-premium 115-inch Micro RGB TV back at IFA 2025. However, it is not really a palatable size for the variety of audience Samsung serves.

The lineup coming to CES, however, is expected to be much practical. Samsung is reportedly preparing a new Micro RGB TV in sizes ranging from 65 to 98 inches. The shift also means Samsung is now ready to sell these new tech-enabled TVs in actual volume.

Pricing could be close to Neo QLED TVs

Pricing remains a mystery, butET Newsreports that Samsung is internally planning to keep the Micro RGB models as close as possible to its Neo QLED lineup.

For reference, the current 75-inch 8K Neo QLED retails for around 6.2 million won (roughly ¥29,800 RMB), while the 85-inch versions are priced between 8 million and 15 million won, depending on the configuration.

Yong Seok-woo, who leads Samsung’s Visual Display business, hinted at this direction during IFA 2025, saying that the company plans to launch its Micro RGB TVs in multiple sizes next year, “with pricing that will make consumers feel that this is worth the price.” Whether that claim holds up is something we’ll find out soon enough.

Samsung won’t be the only one making a Micro RGB push at CES, either. LG is reportedly preparing to debut its first model at the show as well.
