Plastic surgeon spots worrying signs of apparent lip filler ‘migration’ in Lauren Sanchez’s pout
A plastic surgeon has issued a serious warning to newlywed Lauren Sanchez Bezos after noticing an alarming detail in photos of her appearances at Paris Fashion Week.
This week, the former journalist, 55, has been out and about in the City of Love, attending multiple shows including Chanel and Balenciaga, joining the star-studded, high-fashion crowd that also saw Meghan Markle and Kim Kardashian as guests.
During the trip, Sánchez was even spotted in a gorgeous, silky red Valentino dress as she stepped out for a lavish family night with her husband, Amazon tycoon Jeff Bezos.
The American philanthropist was the epitome of fashion in the ruched number, flashing a glimpse of her ample assets.
She accessorized the stunning dinner look with a quilted red chain-strap bag, also from Valentino, and wore elegant matching heels.
But after reviewing recent photos of the star, including ones from a September gala appearance, Orgeon-based plastic surgeon Dr. Sean McNally has shared some concerns exclusively with Daily Mail.
Dr. McNally believes that Sánchez has had dermal fillers that have since ‘migrated,’ though he has not personally treated the star.
‘In some of the pictures, her filler has definitely migrated a bit outside of the area you’d typically like,’ Dr. McNally told Daily Mail exclusively after studying pictures.

‘The vast majority of the volume should be present on the red portion of the lip, with a little to highlight the edge of the white roll, which is the unpigmented skin just outside the red, but she has volume well past that area,’ he explained.
Filler migration happens when the filler moves from the area that it was injected into, and instead, goes into nearby tissue, per the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
When it goes into these nearby tissues, it can cause ‘swelling’ or even lumps – and when it happens, it’s time to reverse the damages.
Migration was once a rare risk when it came to getting filler, according to Allure, but it has become more common with the uptick in the supply and demand factor, as many are flocking all over for treatment.
‘With migration, it’s likely time for a reset,’ Dr. McNally advised Sánchez.
‘I’d suggest having her current filler dissolved and redone fresh, if they haven’t already,’ Dr. McNally continued.
‘Adding more on top of the already migrated filler will only likely make the problem worse.’
But even though migration can pose a risk to those who have had filler injected, there are also some other dangers to consider, according to Dr. McNally.

He told Daily Mail that filler poses more risks than those that are simply cosmetic.
‘The scariest complication is injection into a blood vessel, which can occlude the vessel,’ the plastic surgeon said.
‘Depending on the area, this can kill the skin in the area fed by that blood vessel or even blind you if the injection is around the eye,’ he shared.
Daily Mail reached out to Sánchez’s rep for comment.
The Fly Who Flew To Space author’s appearance at Paris Fashion Week comes just as she returned to Italy last weekend for the first time since she and Bezos tied the knot there in June, celebrating with a glamorous Venetian wedding.
The couple were back in the European country on Friday for Italian Tech Week 2025, held in the city of Turin.
The appearance comes almost three months after she said ‘I do’ to Bezos during their Venice nuptials.
Described as the ‘wedding of the century,’ the Amazon founder and former journalist exchanged vows in front of almost 200 VIP guests on San Giorgio Maggiore island.

In addition to their over-the-top reception, Bezos and Sánchez hosted a number of other lavish events, like a welcome dinner and pajama-themed brunch party the following day, as they’re seen here at the March 2025 Vanity Fair Oscar party
Guests included a slew of A-listers like Kris Jenner, Ivanka Trump, Orlando Bloom and Kim Kardashian.
Sánchez wore a high-neck, long sleeve lace Dolce & Gabbana gown that took over 900 hours of atelier to make, per Vogue.
The gown featured a flared skirt, long veil, and a tight-fitting waist, with tons of buttons going up the middle.
‘Very Lauren. Sexy, happy, not too serious, not too drama. Elegant but at the same time sensual,’ Domenico Dolce told the outlet about the bride’s dress.

They also kicked things off with a foam party on Bezos’ $500 million yacht, Koru, early in the week.
The couple also showed their guests with gifts, the Daily Mail learned from a source in Italy at the time.
Each guest received hand-blown glassware by local glassmaker Laguna B, which features features bright colors, stripes, and floral details.
All of the glasses have different motifs and designs, with one large-size cup running customers $167.
